Our warranty guarantees our product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. If you believe that you have a defective product that was purchased from Hatcher Packs or a Hatcher Packs retailer within the last year, you may be eligible for a replacement product. The product is eligible for this warranty only as to the original owner, product must be purchased from an authorized Hatcher Packs seller, and must be returned to Hatcher Packs along with proof of purchase for an evaluation. Sellers on Ebay or used markets are not authorized retailers. We reserve the right to decide whether a product is defective or damaged through normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous warranty claim.
